Resident Polonia

GAM Consulting Company is looking for Resident in the Polish Area in order to support their Italian Customers in STELLANTIS Gliwice and STELLANTIS Tychy's Plants. Below requested main activities and skills:

Main Activities:

Supervise and provide quality feedback according to specifications shared between Supplier and Customer;
Provide accurate records and reports related to plants complaints;
Act as point of contact between Supplier and Customer;
Perform first level analysis on NOK parts;
Discuss eventual non compliance with Customer Quality Reference (or other figures if requested);
Conduct regular alignment meetings with the Supplier in way to report eventual issues;
Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

Knowledge of Polish and Italian Language;
Experience in the Automotive field;
Problem Solving;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Strong time management skills and excellent attention to details;
Ability to effectively manage other resources;
Ability to work on multiple activities.
